are rarely quoted and no one has clarified where they left from, where they were anchored (I tracked that on AIS) and where they were headed. They are using incorrect info on Google maps, compounding facts that don’t line up.
Anyway, bad choices were made and this lady is dead. He is culpable.
This is happening where we are. I’ve read and watched over a dozen reports and every single one contains errors about the verifiable facts. Seriously losing my faith in reporters. This stuff isn’t that hard and details matter. The guys who know what is going on (local rescue at Hope Town) 1/
To say nothing of the “key in her pocket” - there are ways around a kill switch - but maybe this is a fancy motor?🤷♀️ Anyway, IMO there is way more to this story than the publicly released police report provides.
We are in Hope Town. This story does not make sense. Hope Town is ON Elbow Cay. Winds were up-to 20kt gusts last night, it was low/incoming tide, and dusk. To travel via dinghy on the Sea of Abaco without PFDs being worn, without the required light, without a VHF at dusk is beyond reckless 1/

Boiron Allergy Calm if my nose starts. Does it work? It might, and it’s not hurting anything. I have not taken a full dose antihistamine in a few years, so I’ll take it as part of my “avoid escalation” strategy.
I take tiny (1/2 tsp) and frequent doses of liquid kids benadryl to calm my throat. Small enough that I don’t experience fatigue, just enough to calm the itch before it escalates. This way I avoid the bounce back too.
Again, tune into the very first symptoms to stop the escalation.
🧵Hey it’s allergy season. As a someone who used to be stuck inside and needed an asthma inhaler and icepacks on my eyes, etc. even with the newer drugs, I’ve figured out a few things that have made the outdoors pleasurable again. I don’t do well on most antihistimines so here is my strategy…
