Boiron Allergy Calm if my nose starts.
Does it work? It might, and it’s not hurting anything. I have not taken a full dose antihistamine in a few years, so I’ll take it as part of my “avoid escalation” strategy.

Avoid exposure.

Heavy pollen day, I wear a mask esp. during exertion, keep windows closed.

No pollen contaminated outdoor clothes on couch or in bedroom.

Wash hair before bed - KEEP POLLEN OFF YOUR PILLOW.

If your pets are outside, they are bringing pollen in with them. Wipe them down, keep them out of, and off of your sleeping space.

Maybe I’ve aged out of my allergies, or maybe I’ve managed my way out of them 🤷‍♀️
