I think a better requirement is "not a waste of time" because I when I watched Inland Empire, I didn't have "fun" per-se but I don't feel it was a waste of time, and I didn't regret it.

Talk to your House and Senate memeber. The bill is now expected to go to a House-Senate conference committee; from there a final version would get an up or down vote. Then it goes to the Governor, and if signed into law, then there’s another opportunity to advocate to the AG on regulations.

Thoughts on Melvins + Napalm Death "Savage Imperial Death March":

Really good, I thought it was gonna be just a melding of their sounds but it's a lot more than that; it's got a lotta cool experimental passages, though the more straightfoward parts have some of their best riffs and beats so far.
