You get hospitals putting patients in sub-optimal conditions, like overflow areas. often staffed by float pool nurses - nm having the same nurse 3 days in a row, we see float pools nurses getting reassigned half way through a shift (and sometimes they’re new grad nurses working float!)

With a lot of kinds of surgery, the hospital makes most of its money very early in the admission. And then every day you’re taking up an inpatient bed, if they’re over capacity, is a new pt who needs surgery they can’t admit to that bed.

The incentives, the structures, are all wrong 😑

Just some stats for you for Pokémon Champions

The highest entered Global Challenge for SV was at ~60k, though Ranked at 1.2m

This competition in Champions is currently at 400k entrants. We can't see Ranked entry yet

Will be curious to see how it holds beyond the launch hype.
