I'm a bit of a broken record on this, but usurping the power of the purse isn't just one constitutional violation among all the many others. It is, uniquely and singularly, the death of constitutional government altogether. Game over, end of story, you now live in an autocracy.

By this logic, Prohibition was unconstitutional as to all alcohol that already existed w/in a year of ratification, & only should have applied prospectively to new alcohol. Likewise w slaves & 13A.

Also, I don't see how a property interest, or any other interest, can survive the Supremacy Clause.

Once again, the main reason weโ€™re here now, with a president acting like a Mad King & fascists arguing that people born in ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ are not really citizens, is that no one, including some of those very people, went to jail for the crimes of the Reagan & GWB administrations that set the table for today.

The world's largest producer of liquified helium is in Qatar and is shut off. We just got a notice that our supply for the year will be at least cut in half.

My cousin has an aggressive brain tumor (glioblastoma) & as soon as he can put down a deposit, they can manufacture a vaccine for him in an experimental trial in Germany

This tumor has been incurable up to this point, but it might not be with this new vaccine
