Ehh communism was not โdesignedโ to counter fascism at all, thatโs a totally ahistorical take since Fascism as an ideology is actually newer than communism, if anything a big part of Fascisms development was in reaction to the growing communist movements of Europe

^ same. I'm a social democrat. Denmark looks functional, and seems "easily" reachable as a goal. I may be missing something, but I haven't seen a method in large-scale state communism to avoid centralization of all power and collapse to rule by a state class. e.g. via media manipulation / mob rule.
