Are you saying communism is under socialism ? From my understanding they have similarities between them but they aren’t the same system. Communism is state ownership of the means of production and socialism consists of proletariat ownership of the means.

The proletariat is not a feature of democratic socialism (there is not really a practical ideology just called “socialism”, much like fruit vs. orange), and the state is the mechanism by which the people own the means of production.
