I’ve gone to urgent care, and they gave me an intramuscular shot of painkillers, so I’ll be good for today. I’ve got lidocaine patches for now if things get really bad.

I’m out of commission for a bit. I originally thought i pulled a muscle in my shoulder, but the pain has gotten much worse over the past two weeks, and has radiated down my left side.

I’ve been downing aleve and tylenol just stay barely functional, and still, I’m in a great deal of pain.
