On my way to the Supreme Court where I'll be proud to support 15-year-old Becky Pepper-Jackson, West Virginia's only transgender athlete, as she opposes the state's effort to ban her from playing as herself.

Win or lose, Becky and her family are heroes for standing up for what's right

Some employers would then ask why you were marked 4-F which obviously carried a lot of stigma for most of the 20th century, but that's obviously nothing new to trans people today

In previous drafts you would appear in front of the draft board, they would find a diagnosis (or previous arrest) for homosexuality/transvestism/etc (classified as 4-F back in the day), then send you home. I suspect they would just do the same with anyone with a gender dysphoria diagnosis

The sharply conservative Supreme Court, reshaped by President Trump’s three appointees, is the first since at least the 1950s to reject civil rights claims in most cases involving women and minorities, according to an analysis conducted for The Post. wapo.st/4tCkcJB

Canonical narrative to JD Vance's life is that he got into Yale on his own merits and the scholarship he received was simply reparations for the poisoning of white culture by elites

This is really all they have left. "We have a pointless and criminal war pushing gas prices through the roof and the global economy to the brink but at least the government isn't treating trans people like they're human beings" will be the entirety of the midterm message.

These "buffer zone" bills are an attack on free speech and a surefire way to stifle constitutionally protected, peaceful political protest.

Stifling NYers’ speech is exactly what Trump and his goons want, and lawmakers should under no circumstances be actively aiding their authoritarian effort.

We’re defending birthright citizenship at the Supreme Court because President Trump doesn’t get to define what is means to be American.

Hundreds of people outside the Supreme Court for a rally in support of birthright citizenship, as Trump sits inside for oral arguments over his exec order trying to strip citizenship from some citizens.

The crowd is currently chanting: "Defend the 14th Amendment! It is ours!"

you don’t have to know much world history to look at this map and immediately see why the entire western hemisphere has birthright citizenship

On Wednesday, our legal team will be at the Supreme Court defending the American tradition of birthright citizenship against President Trump's attacks.

We're prepared to fight for babies born in the U.S.A. and the families who love them.

There’s this mythic idea that if trans women are treated as women in certain areas of society (prisons, identification and how they’re referred to in casual speech) but as men in other areas (sports, medicine and bathrooms) then they’ll be magically accepted by everyone as people. This is delusional
