I get that "defund the police" may not be a viable political goal in the US, but letting private equity have their way with the police seems like a reasonable compromise

If you give corporations all the liability for damages caused by the police but all of the immunity for damages caused by lack of police action, you get a very different dystopia than RoboCop

It's pronounce "private security" or PMC not "police".

Law Enforcement shouldn't have profit as a primary driver.
