If you give corporations all the liability for damages caused by the police but all of the immunity for damages caused by lack of police action, you get a very different dystopia than RoboCop

The RoboCop happened in a world where human life is cheap. As someone who works in personal injury law, our existing court system considers human life extremely expensive

I think the biggest issue here is what do you do about the fact that a lot of companies will just deny certain service areas
