There's a book in my Amazon cart that seems to keep going down in price a few cents every day. Never up, always down. It started out around $14 and now it's down to just over $12. How low should it go before I can justify buying it? (It's a guide book to a somewhat local place)

Question: how legal is it for NBC to say that an Olympic event is "LIVE" when it clearly isn't?
And I'm not talking 5-30 second delay. I mean they show the start of a ski run and then less than 5 seconds later they're somehow 30 seconds into the run.
