Every time I see one, I can't believe anyone would buy it. It looks ridiculous from every angle. And watching someone try to park one is hilarious.

anyway not that anyone asked but what i actually told my three year old is that some cars look different and just because the cybertruck looks interesting doesn't mean it's safe to ride in. he's allowed to think it looks cool if he wants but we constantly reiterate that it's a piece of shit

I think it’s fine to tell the 3 year old it looks stupid and it’s ugly. And then when he’s 4 you can talk about late stage capitalism and wealth inequality. And maybe also fragile masculinity. These are life lessons.

I found some success in telling my kids the stories about raccoons mistaking them for dumpsters, they loved that

okay my controversial take of the day

if the cybertruck showed up in Terminator or Aliens with a laser gun on the back we'd have called it the coolest thing ever to grace cinema especially if it had neon strip lighting

but Aliens made an airplane tug look like a cool military vehicle so

Our 3 year old refers to them as trash trucks and my husband and I consider this our greatest accomplishment as parents thus far.

My kid is 9 so they look to me like a god for a couple more years. They enthusiastically hate it like I do lol

I tell the kids in carpool that, whatever they might think of its appearance, don’t stand too close because they might explode

The only people I have ever met that think the cybertruck looks cool are between the ages of 3 and 6

I had a similar convo with my 5yo. Little kids love how it looks because it looks like a little kid designed it.

I live in rural OH, and there is ONE cybertruck that sometimes drives around our super small town.

I've seen it being driven exactly 3 times, and each time it blew through a STOP sign.

The owner sometimes has it parked outside, a blight on his otherwise beautiful property.

What an A-hole.

Congrats on Mother of the Year. I'll let my wife know she can try again next year.

I feel like it’s probably in everyone’s best interest that I’m not on Nextdoor.

our kids think they look like dumpsters on wheels.
Ugly to the bone and the drivers should be shamed every time they are seen and we encourage such behavior

people fretted for years on the news over “how do i explain gay people to my kid?” as a parent myself now, not hard at all. you know what is hard? explaining the cybertruck.

At #TeslaTakedown events when the rare cybertruck drives by I usually chant "Urban Blight"!

Not all bodies are the same. Some fall off the frame.

Darryl got issues. Is he ashamed of something on his body?

Lucky you only have a 3 year old to teach to body shame rather than a teenager to teach how to egg and teepee. 🧻🥚

I can picture Darryl perfectly from this entire exchange, and I’m confident that I’m not far off from reality.

I wouldn't mock the cybertruck if it had bigger truck nuts

I had to read this about 3 times before I figured out you didn't mean "Bad Mother" in a good way, like Shaft.

I think you just called Darryl’s baby ugly.

He's right, though... the real reason to hate the Cybertruck is what's on the inside

That body deserves shame! Someone designed it and it's atrocious!
