So many "leftist" guys I've met have talked to me about sexism they've witnessed, and when I ask them what they did to step in, they say nothing. You don't get accolades for noticing suffering but remaining a bystander. Be brave and call out your guy friends, fellow guys!

Your dog is a dog, not a human being. Stop bringing them places they don’t need to be just because you want them there. Stop encouraging your dog to have separation/general anxiety because YOU can’t be without them.

I don’t know that I’d quite call it outright dental anxiety, but I do have some Feelings about it. I had real janky teeth for years as a kid that required several years of braces to fix. And not going for years as an adult makes me feel kinda stupid.

My new manager continues to be a delight: she hid a bunch of Easter eggs around the clinic, with candy and “coupons” for cat/dog toys in them. All but two have been found, one of which is a “golden” egg the staff have practically torn apart the hospital trying to find. 😂
