Spring has arrived and Huckleberry and Hawthorne are coming out of torpor! After a long winter of slow time, our rescued grizzly bears are easing back into the season the best way they know how, by stretching out and enjoying some well-earned lounging time. Not a bad way to wake up, if you ask us.

Sudden realization.

I'm dealing with a cold that started Friday afternoon and has completely ruined my weekend.

I've been sleeping all weekend and felt like Sunday happened twice but it's only half way done.

The realization is, if sleep is 8 hours a day I've slept equal to 5 days. 6 Sunday night

I had the weirdest dream.
The one part that I'm sharing is u was watching a T.V. and seeing a black bear paw being sliced into like it was cake. No blood on the knife. One after another, another bears paw was sliced into. Then it showed the bears face being carved and still alive
