It’s upsetting that the real injustice and daily killings of Palestinians by Jewish settlers or Israel government are being drowned out on Bluesky by discourse trying to attribute antisemitism to any pro Palestinian voice for peace - Platner, Abughazaleh, Hassan or Mamdani.

Just like with those married people, you can almost smell the users misery and yearning. After the daily dose of misery is served by the 20-30 accounts who dominate the Bluesky discourse, after they approvingly quote and amplify each other, Bluesky users become even more miserable and dependent.

Bluesky has the capacity to become a totalitarian tool to a larger degree than any other platform because here we are pathologically agréable, and once agreed, hugely invested . In the same way those sexless marriages between two super nice people can be bottomless pits of misery.
