I mean I find it very hard to disassociate conversion with colonialism when Israel is so keen to convert rich white people to make up their numbers. Otherwise birthright would be only allowed to people who are ethnically Jewish

I'm glad they've found peace there I just can't stomach it myself without like having in pesron jewish friends or the like. Like why should I join a religion I have no historical or family ties to. It'd feel like either tyring to join an oppressed class or trying to become a coloniser.
