Do not expect the upcoming election to change anything. Both houses have demonstrated that they have no intention of using the powers they have now. They are licenced critics of a system they intend to perpetuate.

Things not going to happen :
Mid terms, they can't AFFORD TO Lose. Ukraine war, Putin can't AFFORD TO have his army come home, the Economy get reshaped to benefit most people, the rest of the world trading with America, the slide into Fascism. This madness won't stop unless you stop it.

I'm a Brit and I'm puzzled by the American situation. In our terms it's as if the Prime minister and cabinet mobilised army reservists and inserted them into one of our Counties to violently enforce their agenda without any parliamentary authority or control, to prevent the loss of a future election

The US foreign policy statement seems to indicate a Retreat from the rest of world apart from development of rip off deals and the right to kill other countries citizens at will. US confirming it is now a terrorist oligarchy.
