Peter DeBoer is now on his sixth NHL team! And he led Dallas to three straight conference finals too.

Jon Cooper, Jared Bednar and Rod Brind'Amour are the only three coaches who have been with their teams prior to 2020 - and the only ones whose jobs are secure.

The fact that NHL teams are so willing to fire their coaches when they're struggling for even just a brief bit is something I've never been able to understand. Usually in other sports leagues coaches get a bit of a leash. Not so much in the NHL.

Also, congrats on Ozzie Guillen, whose #13 will be retired by the Chicago White Sox later this year.

Ozzie's loyalty to the South Side is impeccable. 20+ years as a player and then manager, still working at CHSN, etc. His love for the game and the White Sox have always shown.

Just got back from Bewhiskered. Real fun time hanging with so many people from around the RDU area. It's so great to know that there are other people out there who have the same interests as you.

One of the most frustrating things about April Fools is that lots of the jokes are actually things that we'd really want or love.

If I were in New Jersey I'd love to see the ban on self-service gas stations be true. And if I were a KC Chiefs fan I'd love that Andy Reid disguise kit.
