I respectfully disagree with your analysis on Greenland. I dont think his desire to be a dictator hinges on what Democrats might do with Greeand.
If Greenland didn't exist he would be equally committed to one-party (person) rule.

Sarah Kendzior has interesting research on how the Greenland situation ties back to one of Trump's oligarch friends from the Estee Lauder family with ties to the Russian mob. Crazy stuff.

I did not say that it hinges on it. I said that his approach to Greenland only makes sense if you conclude that he is already in the mental state that there will not be future Democratic presidents. There are other signs besides this one.

I think I misunderstood your point that Trump's invading Greenland indicates that he doesn't expect there to be a future Dem president.
I still think that gives him too much credit of planning and foresight. I think its more about working for Putin and maybe a distraction.
But we agree its nuts.

And never again a democrat controlled Congress. He already excludes them from meetings, calls & emails. He really doesn't plan on having the midterms but it won't happen until just prior to mailers & early voting.

A plainly delusional state in anyone else, and in him.
