They don't believe they will face consequences for all this. We really need to make sure they do. These papers deserve not a penny from any of us and all these reporters need to be social pariahs. They don't deserve to function in society until they show they aren't hell bent on its destruction.

They should have posted the full tweet. Then they should add context that readers might not know, for example bombing civilian infrastructure like power plants is a war crime in both US and international law. Instead they did this, so I think your conclusion is correct.
