In the fresh light of morning, I've renamed one of the variables from "se" to "ci". Because log oddifying se might be confusing for the reviewer.

It is a mystery to me how this convoluted process eventually ends up producing clear, readable code. Well, relatively clear.

If only the reviewers knew what the analyses looked like before I submitted the article...
