80% ethanol, and yes, there is shall we say.. a rather noticeable rancid-insect-fats-in-old-ethanol aroma when sorting 😀

At the moment I'm mainly looking at pinned wasps, which gives me a while to figure out how to get the ventilation working better before I sort more.

80% ethanol + rancid fat is.. whew. I'm getting flashbacks of the time I had a long abandoned McPhail trap fall on my head.

bring on a fume hood and maybe a SCBA!
