I'm curious why they need to run an email client. They're astronauts, not consultants for Big Mega Corp. Do they really need to check email in space?

I would assume there are other, more expedient ways of communicating with their families than email available to them. If they can email, surely they can text or have a Zoom call. So it’s a legitimate question.
