Does this supreme court decision mean that for example KKK can also march on the streets?
In my country we have freedom of speech as long as it is not braking the constitution/laws

In general, yes. They can absolutely march on the streets. The government can only regulate the time, place, and manner of the speech.

This is being tested mightily by the crackdown on the various protests.
