In de VS hangt trans personen een gevangenisstraf boven het hoofd als ze naar de WC gaan. Er komt nu beleid om trans personen in gevangenissen te martelen en te 'detransitioneren'. Dit is een genocide.

Bijna een jaar geleden is Alice Serova, na als minderjarige queer asielzoeker, verkracht, mishandeld en verwaarloosd te zijn, gestorven door een overdosis in een COA-kamp.

Bijna een jaar later worden maatregelen om dit soort zaken te voorkomen door OA de @spnederland.bsky.social tegengewerkt.

Vandaag liet staatssecretaris Struycken weten dat het kabinet tóch het wetsvoorstel voor een betere Transgenderwet gaat intrekken. Eerder had het kabinet juist aangegeven dit niet te willen doen.
Dat ze nu juist als demissionair kabinet besluiten dit wetsvoorstel toch in te trekken is ongehoord.
