The management company didn't make essential repairs, didn't maintain locks on all the doors and didn't collect the rent. Some tenants starting collecting rent from other tenants who thought they were paying management.

The building was abandoned by this so-called management company.

The purpose of repairs is, first, to maintain the safety and habitability of every unit for the sake of the tenants and, second, to maintain the building itself.

So after abandoning the building, they have the nerve to call ICE?!! Both owner and "management co." are the worst people.
