please do u know the COP of this System and how it’s heating and on which way the heat becomes to electricity again ⚡️

It doesn't, the heat is transferred to the heating system as heat usually with hot water as the medium.

Thanks, but heating sand to 500 °C using water-based heat exchangers sounds like a suboptimal COP.
and of course sand, being a solid, absorbs and releases heat very slowly.
