No, he means intelligence. He thinks AI will (and should) replace/surpass human thinking and he wants to control and monetize it. Cut education, destroy universities, have total reliance on his machines for science, political decisions, military strategy, and everything else.

It sounds crazy, but they really do want to replace as much human thought as possible with their AI. Some because they think it will eventually be superior, some because they want a neo-feudal future with themselves on top, some because of Rokko's Basilisk.
