Mostly to do with characterization, how Sonic and the gang "should" be written. Like, that whole thing about Sonic being "the wind," or whether Amy should have a crush on him. Etc

I remember it was a somewhat popular opinion that Dr. Eggman had become a joke by Shadow 05 and Sonic 06, and people were really happy that Eggman was made the final boss in Colors Wii, but in hindsight, Eggman didn't become a joke villain until that game. (Cont.)
