Despite taking nighttime cbd, I'm still up at nearly 3am. Made the dog some new snow booties. (Big improvement over last year's.) She still hates them. The constant feed of bad and worse news is so exhausting. Finding anything happy is increasingly difficult. Self care is more important than ever.
