Interesting mix of systems that depart from the original Osa. Assuming the RADAR is still used, - RADAR is probably always in search mode -no need to illuminate the target for the missile. I wonder how the IR sensor information is provided to the operators? Start with radar and listen for tone?

My favorite satellite tracking program STS Plus by David H Ranson Jr. This package was my go to tool in the 1990's when I was learning orbital mechanics and visually tracking satellites. I could never get it to fully function in any PC emulators. 86Box does a fine job. celestrak.org/software/dransom/stsplus.html
