I struggle finding the motivation getting out of bed, and I've abandoned more selfish improvement projects than I can remember, and if im going to do this I'd want to go all the way, no half measures. In my head it's easier and safer for me to never try, which feels self defeating.

A side effect of my medication is it literally melting my skin and killing me. And the start of that process begins with a headache and red rash. Thing is, I get headaches and red skin often, so every time I get these symptoms I panic I'm about to die horribly.
