i cant enjoy the foods i used to.

I need to eat high fiber, plain foods, and fruit. I cant have any sweets, or spices, or basically anything ive enjoyed my entire life. i still eat it, but it comes with karma. Its an endless and torturous cycle. Its hard to enjoy something you dont eat often.
