Alright I beat the Sega Villains DLC, and I gotta say, it was worth it.

The levels and bosses did provide a pretty decent challenge. Wouldn't say they were ball busting, but rather challengingly fair.

I think the eggman final phase was a bit too crazy for me compared to the other final phases.

I will say that the levels getting to the bosses could've been a bit better. I liked them, however they didn't feel too thematic to the franchise they're tied too.

Plus it was mostly a get to the goal situation rather than an expansive level with secrets. A little sad on that front but not really.

Also I don't know Majima like that,so.. does he have random clone powers he can use to grab you?!? Like is that a boss mechanic he can do?

I have a lot of things to say for that eggman boss design though. Mostly on the visuals giving a lot of advance 3 but I'll save that for later.

I think this dlc was worth the money. You get a few more levels, some really tough boss fights, new ninpo, new modes, and fire music.

Not too expensive either. So yeah I'd recommend it. It's solid fun and knows what it is. Nothing too big more too small.

And at last is surprisingly Eggman. He was fun visually and the idea of fighting him was dope, yet I feel things got a bit too chaotic near the end. Just a bunch of projectiles being thrown my way.

It's challenging but I wouldn't say recognizing patterns on it were the best feelings.

My second favorite is Death Adder. His boss was fun and challenging for the same reasons I like Majima, but i felt some hit boxes got me a few more times than I would like. However, I'd also chalk that up my own impatience for not waiting on the move to play out.

His set pieces were hype.

It was wild and overwhelming but I still had fun with it, plus the visuals really kept me going.

I'd say Majima's fight was my favorite out of the three. The music and execution felt very hype. Having someone on Joe's level to fight was pretty damn cool and made me lock in a lot harder.
