The UAE tried to strong-arm Pakistan by demanding an immediate repayment of a loan. It also took a hardline stance against the ceasefire. Today, the UAE is unhappy about being excluded from the Islamabad Talks, 3 weeks after UAE FM AbZ said on X, 'We will never be blackmailed by terrorists.'

People need to understand how bad, how devastating, how unjustified Israel’s bombardment of Beirut is — it’s not just yet another of the strikes that have become routinized. Catastrophic civilian harm and human suffering that simply must not be shrugged off as normal and forgotten. Stop the madness.

Israeli media is reporting that Lebanon is not included in the Iran ceasefire deal — meaning that Israel will most likely intensify its invasion of south Lebanon and attacks throughout the country.

Already, Israeli attacks have killed more than 1500 people in Lebanon since March 2nd.
