"You, of course, realize the need to make stupid jokes and comments is just a defense mechanism."

"Yeah, but it's the BEST one!"

Considering the number of times GOP and its media cronies have decried any attack on Donald Trump as being sourced from "paid protestors" and the fact that they have never displayed the imagination to accuse someone of something they weren't already doing, is this a surprise to anyone?

I would hope that the many people I see posting "If you don't vote you are to blame for everything bad that is happening" are as vocal and scornful in complaints to their elected officials as they are to their fellow citizens.

Harassing your peers will gain you little against the power structure.

Health and education are matters of national security and the greater good.

We have all heard the lectures regarding the prohibitive cost. However, our nation creating wars is far more expensive and creates little or no good for the average citizen.

Our government is not working for the majority

Capitalism does not dictate that amassing personal wealth is the only worthwhile goal and must be prioritized over the cost of the well-being of the citizenry.

That is extremism and a fairy tale, and it is being perpetuated by those who own large media because it benefits themselves.

It is a lie.

Our nation is paying a high price to appease individuals who will never be satisfied.

We are sacrificing the economic stability created by a thriving middle class and the future well-being of our own children to cater to the desires of sociopaths who obsessed with increasing their fortunes.

Coming from an individual who claims his actions are directed solely by a Holy Scripture and wants to impose its edicts on everyone (save his wealthy donors.)

Perhaps the ability to detect irony needs to be a "litmus test" for election to public office.

One lie is that any individual has the authority to decide who belongs on American society.

Another is this individual's oath to uphold the Constitution.

Oh, and the right to judge people on anything other than their conduct towards their fellow human beings? Yeah, that is a lie as well.

You know, with the number of times Donald Trump has denied things that ended up being absolutely true, I have to consider...

Perhaps it's not just a "hunt" and he actually is a witch.

Okay, on the Pete Hegseth thing, I will say this...

I never thought anyone who could do that many pull-ups would ever display poor judgement.

I assume Mullins appointment is a reward for the bravery he displayed in claiming January 6th was not an insurrection. Here he is basking in the patriotism of those who entered the Capitol that day.

I am sure we can depend on him to stand up to Trump should he be given orders that are not legal.

And in the end, Noem's nonstop antics had the news media paying more attention to her than even the President himself.

...and that was her true crime.

Serving this reminder that the Democrats once ran on a platform of defunding the Iraq war and, once they had the house, they completely abandoned that promise as they feared it would damage their "image."

We need to see candidates that are more worried about their pledge than their "Q" score

from the people who also bring you "How can President Trump do his job when people are criticizing him?"

Because, you know...."strength"

It takes brave man to join a 3 on 1 conflict on the side of those who have the numbers. Especially when the 1 in question is not threatening anyone.

But, hey, cameras were present, so what choice did the Senator have?

and, I mean, he couldn't NOT tweet it, right?
