Fair warning to anyone planning to try. It is a real cipher of sorts, but I don't know that there's actually enough text to work with to solve it. Also, even if you do solve it, you would still need to invent the class abilities.

I believe this is a translation from the original Sumerian cuneiform- the appropriate response in modern slang would be 'gesundheit' and leave it there.

Caeser cipher? Shifting back 13 positions in the alphabet for each letter it says "Horizontal surface".

It isn't a caesar cipher.

(Also, to be clear, there's more ciphered text in the game than those two words. That was just the title of the page where it shows up.)
