Part of why Québec *loves* their St. Lawrence Iroquois theory: they can re-frame themselves as the Indigenous people of Québec, and actual Indigenous people as later immigrants. Egregious absurd entitlement.

Delicious coffee and espresso, so many environmentally mindful cups to choose from, branded goodies, local creators corner, and food bank drop off point. Love the mug wall, and the glass cloches for treats!

The fact that food banks even exist is proof that successive governments have failed in their duties. Food banks are a privately funded bandaid used to cover inadequate government programs.

That the bandaid itself is now failing means the government is failing Canadians more than ever before.

My Auntie Therese pledged $1 per book when I was in grade 5, and I was so shy to tell her that she owed me $43 at the end of the year. She was happy to hand it over.

Wab Kinew’s NDP government in Manitoba has tabled a bill to ban “predatory pricing” at grocery stores, something that Quebec’s Consumer Protection Minister should take notice of.

The sheer scale of their erratic behavior and political interference proves that extreme wealth concentration is a structural threat to society."

This is utterly jaw-dropping.

A school that bans Atwood, Zadie Smith, Terry effing Pratchett and *literal George Orwell* is actively harming its pupils.
