Progress update.

Foam terrain underlayment almost complete. Only the river remains to be done.

I got some new followers so maybe people are interested in how foam can be used to build up terrain?

Anyway, here are snaps of future terraced rice fields, a mocked up rail yard (the ridge carries a line up to a town in the hills), and the incomplete castle.

Today I finished two road bridges and carved a tunnel through a ridge between a suburb and a railyard but even I think that's boring so here's some trains—and a railbus!—that have no business being together.

I have not reached the "starting to look like something" stage but I have acheived the "able to stage a convicing photo" stage.
