Second excellent keynote at #Munin2025 from Kenneth Ruud of the Norwegian Defence Research Establishment on 'Open science in a closing world'. Sobering, full of direct challenges to agents across the research and scholarly communications. But optimistic and rock solid in support of Open Science.
