That can't be true. Unless you are skipping meals, not getting 2000 calories, not getting enough nutrients, or getting free food.

I shop at Costco it's possible. I buy 3 pounds of organic meat for $16.00
That's 12 quarter pounders
Another $15.00 at Costco or Aldis gets you bread, potatoes & veggies to go with it. I personally only eat 1 big meal a day & all this would absolutely feed me for a couple weeks.
It's how 1 shops

Cooking at home saves loads of money & you know what you're eating. Use fresh herbs & spices for flavor. It's absolutely possible to eat healthy without breaking the bank. Shop at Farmers markets. Costco is for everyone not just families. Aldis has a great veggie & fruit section. Shop wisely

my bill for a month is around $125 for Food. I eat twice a day with a snack around mid day. I am in my late 70's and my VA doctor is happy with my well being. I do Not eat Fancy. IT IS TRUE 😁

I believe you. If you are making meals from just supermarket ingredients it's possible. People now seem to think 'feed' means ordering food.
