Cis man potentially being ignorant here but I have a genuine question.

While speculating on a female GC's appearance and then criticising her on that merit is misogyny, if a GC of any gender claimed themselves to have had surgery which is gender affirming, would it be an issue to claim hypocrisy?

I think it depends how it is framed, and I wouldn't target any given individual for this, but making the point generally I think is fine.
