when i moved back here in 2021, there were 2 emergency vets in the entire pittsburgh metro area, these days there are at least 5, all three of the new ones are PE, plus a whole slew of Banfields and MedVET365’s. Gross stuff all around

They also have their tentacles in Dental practices, when a chain of dentists pops up in your metro out of nowhere with some weird ad campaign, they're a small PE roll up 99% of the time.
