Reforms letter is generic and whiny, wishes not policy. LD mentions NE specific issues. Labour letter mentions Aberdeen specifics but it's not my experience of Aberdeen and I don't live in the nicest bit! SNP is generic with Scotland wide policies.

I just saw a TikTok, Glasgow based lady, who had a Tory leaflet and noted it mentioned the SNP 22 times, but nothing about what they will do.

I decided to check all the election materials received here.

Malty, seedy bread is proving, wonky, cheap/free veg is souping.

Nutritious, delicious and about 25p a (very generous) portion. I do have an expansive herb and spice selection which keeps down cost.

And food waste prevented too.

Now to nurse my bad right arm. Kneading was ouch!

My wee Lidl shop unlocked a free bakery treat so that will make my next dentist jaunt better.

I am a night owl. I mostly sleep 07:00 - 13/14/15:00. Yet I make stupidly early appointments. Appointments past my bedtime! I do it with my B12 jabs too. I hate it, it messes me up, and I never learn.

However for the entire 6km, up and down hill, my laces had been rubbing my soles inside my trainers. Created and ripped a blister on each foot, just underneath my toes. That pain made me walk to compensate it and now I've fucked my hips up. 5 days to recover before doing it all again.

Dental Saga, appointment 1 of 4 smashed.

Voter registration forms printed, filled and posted. If you're unhoused you can still register to vote, at least in Scotland!

Wee shop done, everything remembered! Hopefully the numbing will wear off and I can eat my chocolate muffin soon.

My SNP candidate said yes, is on the out for Indy list, not this.

Lots of SNP candidates are on their own out for Indy list, but not this. They shelved the legislation that existed. I need better assurances from them outwith their party machinery. 1/2

And home. Stats good, ECG was good, saw the doctor. No reason for her experience, likely anxiety related. 999 if it happens again and check in with the GP to try and get some of her anxiety under better control.

Home in time for bedtime tv and snack boards. Peppers, tomatoes, cheese and crackers.

Cool, off to a&e with my sister. They want her to get checked out as they can't rule out a cardiac event. Here's hoping it's nothing bad and we're in and out quick enough! I've had to put on going out pants and shoes!

Ah great my sister is having palpitations and other chest stuff. Stuff that triggers my health anxiety so I can't even help, I can just try not to feint.

Told her to call out of hours.

I'm fairly certain it's a symptom of chronic low B12 which she's about to get jabbed for, but if it's not?

Everything is shit so I'm making the most basic curry.

I make many different curries, almost everything you get on a menu and many you don't. I have blends I've toasted and mixed myself. I put in the effort.

I made this 1tbsp of curry powder thing and my sister thinks it's the best πŸ™ƒ

I find it incredible that the gulf states are largely playing the 'but Iraaaaaan' card and not the 'trump is about to kill oil production for the rest of our lives' card. Surely that's the better option right?!

For a couple of days I had to drink coffee with cow milk. I'm lactose intolerant. But I also discovered it's a huge trigger for my rosacea!

I walked in to my sister's lounge to be greeted with 'you look like a manky bellend! How are you so red, so shiny and so dry?'

I've had treatment enforced.
