Realistic goals is especially helpful, sometimes I think artists set their expectations way too high (as the perfectionists that we are)

I've been dealing with some aftermath of hurricane Milton (I'm housed and have power, but it caused damage to my home). Last night I felt ill. This morning after taking the dog out and getting the kid ready for school I called out of work and slept for another 3 hours. I feel this post in my soul.
