Realistic goals is especially helpful, sometimes I think artists set their expectations way too high (as the perfectionists that we are)

Yup! I think expectations as artists is a much needed discussion because some people have it so far they’re backed into a corner imo, 🥹 I guess just having goals that are relevant to are skill are better than unrealistic ones
