Are meteors normally green?

Don't know about "normally", but I did see a green one about ten years ago. I was driving on the highway at night when it appeared dead ahead through the windshield. Lasted maybe a second. The tail wasn't nearly as long as the OP image, but a bit thicker.

FWIW, the OP image is probably fake.

Is there much light to create a kaleidoscope of such a green color or is it AI?

This is a AI bullshit. The Milky Way galaxy is inclined about 60ยฐ to the ecliptic, which is the plane of Earthโ€™s orbit around the Sun, not at all what's pictured here. And meteors are not green.

Well itโ€™s a pretty pic but thanks for clarification.

This is AI bullshit, but the apparent angle of the milky way will depend on where and when the photo was taken, and meteors are commonly green in photographs.

And, secondly, there's no rule that says meteors cannot be green in colour. This is just blatant false information.

Meteors can be green, but, they don't because of the presence of certain minerals or atmospheric interactions, meteors themselves do not usually display a green hue.

I am no professional in this field. But, i wanna clear out two things. First thing is, our milky galaxy isn't in a "tidal lock" to always look like it's inclined about 60ยฐ from wherever you look at it. So, it's possible to not be inclined at a angle from anywhere in earth.(300characterlimitreached)

not sure if this particular shot is actually real or not but super bright meteors with lingering tails like that are known as bolides and they can indeed look green like that.
