This is AI bullshit, but the apparent angle of the milky way will depend on where and when the photo was taken, and meteors are commonly green in photographs.

Show me where one can find the Milky Way appearing at 90 degrees to the ecliptic and I'll happily concede my point.

After looking into it further, there are indeed green meteors. Meteor composition determines color. I learned something today! 🙂
