He can’t have always had dementia, plus, dementia doesn’t = “destructive, homicidal, and maniacal”. Millions of people deal with dementia and they don’t want to kill everyone.

He’s always had it, before he ran for office, and since. Millions of people with dementia don’t have FT Dementia and aren’t also narcissists who have been able to commit crimes repeatedly and get away with them. Millions of people with dementia don’t hold Trump’s power.
